The best guide to the summer beauty routine for the Skin Hair & Body


The last few years have shown how much we invest in our beauty: our face beauty routine is in fact becoming more and more professional, with additional steps, innovative and increasingly advanced ingredients and, for most of us, it has become an essential ritual!

But, despite the ever-growing interest in beauty, we do not always dedicate the time necessary to our body care - especially in summer - to ensure that we have toned, radiant, smooth and healthy skin on the body.

In general, our body's skin needs different nutrients and products to be completely healthy and balanced. Ok, many of you will be thinking that this does not concern them as they already apply some moisturizer as soon as you get out of the shower thinking that this is all we need. But this is not true! A complete beauty routine for the body can easily be reached, similar to that for the face, to ensure that results of compactness, tonicity, elasticity and anti-aging effect are seen over time.

Not surprisingly, many of the great beauty brands have already started to launch new collections to meet specific body needs. In fact, simple habits are enough thanks to which you will notice how to caress every part of your body will be much more pleasant. Let's begin?

STEP 1
Just as for the face, cleansing also represents one of the most important steps for the body. Start by paying attention to the water temperature which should never be too hot or too cold, but rather warm. Also choose a good shower gel, possibly delicate with emollient properties that protects and nourishes the skin. To help you massage the bubble bath, use a glove or sponge: rub with light, circular movements to stimulate circulation.

STEP 2
After shower, it's time to think about hydration. After choosing a moisturizing cream (think that the body's skin is much drier than that of the face because it has fewer sebaceous glands) spread it on the still damp skin in order to better penetrate the product.

STEP 3
Do not forget that hydration also occurs (also and mainly) from the inside. During the day, therefore, drink plenty of water, tea or herbal teas, and follow a good diet rich in fruit and vegetables.

STEP 4
Not every day, but once or twice a week at most, always before the shower, the password for a top skin is exfoliation. The removal of dead cells is in fact essential for the natural regeneration of the skin. There are many body scrubs, but be careful not to choose too aggressive ones because, if you have sensitive skin, it could cause discomfort.

 
STEP 5
It is time for firming. In addition to the workout, get in the habit of applying, before going to sleep, a specific cream on the areas of the body that you  would like to give tone to (whether they are the breast, the belly, the legs or buttocks) so as to improve the tone of the skin and tissues in a visible way, even in the most difficult areas of the body to treat. How? With a long energetic massage from the bottom upwards. In addition, for a tonic booster, once a week apply a generous layer of cream on the areas that are critical for you, wrap with normal kitchen film and relax half an hour with a blanket on. Remove, massage the cream until completely absorbed without rinsing and go to sleep. In the morning, take a shower and direct the cold water from the ankles to the buttocks alternating it with the jet of hot water to reactivate the microcirculation and increase the tone even more.

STEP 6
Last but not least, whenever you feel like it before going out, go ahead for fun with illuminating body products to give the skin a unique and natural radiance.
