Using fatty acids for a soft skin

Using fatty acids for a soft skin
Essential fatty acids give the epidermis softness and elasticity. Some are defined as essential because they can only be produced by the body. The consumption of oils is enough to give us the benefits.

Essential fatty acids (AGE) are classified into two large families, that of linolenic acid and that of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).The first is contained in vegetable oils such as the oil of onager or borage (Borago officinalis). The second is mainly present in fish oils.
Important constituents of the fats (lipids) of the cell membranes of the skin, the AGE also participate in the production of anti-inflammatory and immune molecules. With a supply of 10 g of oil per day, rapeseed oil (rich in alfalinolenic fatty acid) or walnut and sunflower oil, rich in linoleic acid, we cover the need for essential fatty acids.
Without water, the skin, lacking in fatty acids, loses its natural softness and elasticity. The thickness of its structure decreases and a capillary fragility is visible.
