Ok, many of you will be thinking that this does not concern them as they already apply some moisturizer as soon as you get out of the shower thinking that this is all we need. But this is not true! What to do: as regards dry, thin and irritable skin, it is better to clean it with a moisturizing milk, rinse it with a non-alcoholic lotion and apply an overprotective day cream based on ceramides and vitamins.
These moisturizing treatments reconstruct the skin barrier, retain water and attract the one contained in the creams.You can also apply a few drops of essential oils on the face before treatment to strengthen even more its moisturizing effects. If you have a rather thick and rough skin, do not hesitate to peel twice a week using a very sweet product, finishing with a moisturizing mask. Never lie down without removing make-up and apply a very nourishing night cream. Drink at least one and a half liters of water a day to compensate for the loss of natural water and immerse yourself in a hot bath for at least ten minutes to give the skin time to moisten.
To avoid: avoid foaming detergents and other astringent products as much as possible. Do not leave the pool without increasing the hydration of the face, especially in winter. Do not export to the sun without protection, because the skin is likely to become even drier. Also try to apply a day cream that contains a sunscreen throughout the year. Never use alcohol based lotions because many are aggressive.
